- If you ask for a refund, it will be processed as soon as possible. In some cases, we may ask for the scope to resolve the issue for you.
- Refunds will be applicable within 30 days of product purchasing date. After 30 days no refund will be provided.
- Refunds are not applicable for discount products, upgrades or renewals.
- We may refuse to refund those customers who misuse or misbehave with our products and services.
