Please note that you cannot sell our product licenses to anyone else.

By signing up on our site as a premium user, you gain access to our support channels. Premium users can download purchased product files from their ThemeDev account page. By signing up, you also agree to receive emails from us regarding major product updates, news, and discount coupon codes.

4. Download

5. Compatibility

Our plugins are optimized for the latest stable version of WordPress and clean installations. While we strive for compatibility, we cannot guarantee that our plugins will work seamlessly with all third-party components, plugins, or web browsers. 6. Ownership

You may not claim exclusive ownership of any ThemeDev WordPress Products, whether modified or unmodified. All products remain the property of ThemeDev.

7. Warranty

We do not provide warranties for third-party software interactions or plugin file modifications.

8. Liability

ThemeDev.net shall not be liable for damages arising from website usage or use of our WordPress Products. This includes direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage to your computer, software, web host, systems, and data.

9. Refund Policy

If our plugin doesn't function as expected from your end and we fail to solve the reported issue within the next 7 working days, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Learn more from our refund policy page.

10. Product Support

We provide support for installation, configuration, and minor modifications. Heavy customizations or additional features are not covered. We do not offer tech support for WordPress itself or third-party plugins. Reach out via support ticket or chat for efficient assistance.

11. Price Changes

ThemeDev reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. We may discontinue any product pricing plan, subscriptions, or parts thereof at our discretion.

12. Taxes

You're responsible for any applicable international, national, or regional taxes. Note that, taxes are not included in our product pricing. It is exclusively handled by Paddle.
