Create Offline Event

Evental doesn’t just help you create offline events, it lets you create online events too. Be it Google
Meet, Zoom, or any other platform, you can organize events with meeting links anywhere.
You can write your meeting details, ID, and password if required. When it comes to
taking payment, you can keep it free or paid. Just like an online event, you can
mention the total number of seats and choose your display
layout using Evental.

You can arrange paid events for attendees where they can pay you with the currency you set on
your Evental event settings page. You can mention the fees to be paid to
you for attending the event.

Evental lets you set the start date, end date, and deadline for registration. You can create your
own deadline title and message to create a sense of urgency among interested attendees.

To help attendees find the event place, you can set the Google Map location on the event page
using Evental. Just copy the desired map link from Google Maps and place that in the
Location Settings of the Evental plugin along with the address and venue.
It’s that simple.

If you’re used to organizing events often, you will find the option to select organizers from the organizers’
list created by you. You can also create an organizer list instantly by clicking on
“Create New” below the Organizers list.

Display event schedules along with time and time. You can choose a speaker, the start time and end
time for a speaker, the location/venue/auditorium of the speech, and more.

At any phase of the event creation and editing with Evental, you can add photos and videos to the event
page. You can embed videos from YouTube or choose media files directly from the Gallery.

To make sure the attendees get the common questions answered before they ask, you can add a
FAQ section for any event you arrange with the Evental plugin.

Evental features an event dashboard that comes with all the events in one place. Here you can
search for created events, take bulk actions, edit, view, and see event overviews.

Evental lets you design fantastic event sliders for event pages with the help of your
preferred page builder.

From the event page, an attendee can have complete idea about the event type, payment, event
dates, time, and registration deadline if you input them properly on Evental.

When an attendee wants to purchase an event ticket, s/he can see the total price along with
VAT and specify the number of tickets s/he wishes to buy.

From the Organizers section of the event, the attendees can see the organizers you assign for an
event. Along with their name, photo, and email, you can also add the organizers' social
media handles in that section.

Evantal plugin lets you create day and time-based event schedules. If there’s a speaking session, attendees can see the speakers’ list for each speaking session along with the speaking topic and a short intro.

Create collapsible FAQs for your events to answer commonly asked attendees' questions
regarding the event.

The Single Event Settings is comprised of category, shortcode, search filter, and style settings. Evental
allows you to opt for display layout, single event style, sidebar event options, and more.

With Evental, you show the related or upcoming events to the event page visitors.

Once you enable the related/upcoming event settings, you will find options to modify the title, show the number of upcoming or related events per page, set the number of columns, and enable the timer. You will also find the shortcode to insert the related or upcoming events anywhere you like on your website.

The single event category settings let you enable/disable the sidebar- search filter, set the number
of event showcases per page, set the number of columns per page, choose the right layout,
choose styles, set the display timer, and configure the container width.

With Evental, you can configure the shortcode column, layout, order, type, display time
with the expired message, enable the sidebar, etc.

The Search Filter settings in Evental allow you to enable or disable the display keyboard, location,
category, and advanced options.

For a single-event item, you can use Evental’s Event Item Style settings to play artistically with heading
typography, heading color, heading hover color, heading icon color, footer typography, footer
border style and color, footer padding, and footer background color.
