To solve the problem of multipurpose email campaign we are providing you the best plugin for campaing and that is 'Next Mail'. Not just that, you can collects the visitors email and give the notification to visitor for all the updates by using this Plugin. Go to Next Mail -> Settings
First of all, you have to install and activate the Next Mail plugin as usual. To activate mailchimp service click on 'Enable Mailchimp' switch button. In order to get the API Key of MailChimp just click on this link 'Get your API Key' here. After collecting the API key just paste it into the input field the save it.
To display Popup Mail Box into your website body with Positions just enable the popup switch button. Then select the form type and body positon of popup mail. Finally just save it.
In order to configure my form please go to Next Mail ->My Forms
Select list id for each forms and enable custom filed such as Email, First Name, Last Name, Phone and more. Declare custom class and id for each forms. Then put the Button Text Subscribe and Select Icon position.Go to Next Mail -> My Forms
Finally you have to choose your desired form style among lot of form styles over there. On the other hand, you can also copy the 'shortcode' to paste your website anywhere you want. And it will give you the same output.
You have to create a new list which is why you need to go to Next Mail -> Lists
This time you need to go to the lists option where you have to create a new list with your desired keyword. After create the list just publish the page.
Not just all that, list settings will offer you export option where you are able to export the list (which contains plenty of contacts) that previously you have created . You can export those list with the help of different file format like, txt file, jason file and csv file.
To get the multiple contact option just go to Next Mail -> Contacts
Just press the mouse over 'contacts' then you will get three contact option. All you need to do is that just go for the first one and that is 'New contact'. In contact info, you have to select the list item that already you have created. Then type email id one by one from your collection under the 'Email Address' input area. Then submit the system. After that, it will automatically be added to your list. It's really upto you that how many email id (contact) you want to add. If neccesary, you can fill up following input areas after putting email id..
*Zip / Postal Code
That time you will get the option to import your contacts. At first, just set the list over there. In the meanwhile, you will have the 'upload file' option where we put three different file system to upload your contacts. For example jason file, txt file and zip file. Just choose one to upload your contacts file and submit it.
Finally you will have the access to export all contacts. There, you can export all contacts with three differnt file format. Like, txt file, jason file and csv file. Just choose the best format that you prefere most.
To make fulfill your email campaign you need to go to Next Mail -> My Mails
You have to create a new campaign when you click on 'My Mails' option. After that, you need to edit that campaign. While editing, you will get a huge input area where you have to put html code for template that you actually want show through the campaign. Then, just select your lists item of cotacts and update the page.
According to lists export and contacts export settings, you can also export the campaign. Undoubtly, you will have three different file format to export your campaign as usual(like, txt file, jason file and csv file).
